Sheribright Enowtah is a dynamic leader and a Merit Scholar who holds two law degrees across distinct jurisdictions: a Bachelor’s in Law from BPP University Law School, London, England, and a Master’s in International Law from Albany Law School in New York. Her legal acumen is sharpened by professional experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and asylum advocacy, where she has championed the rights of displaced individuals.

A former Student Inspector for the British Accreditation Council and Founding President of the Light up World Christian Organization, Sheribright blends professional excellence with spiritual commitment and devotion. Beyond her legal expertise, she is a gifted poet, singer, and psalmist. Sheribright currently serves as an Ambassador for the Global Youth Leaders Forum (GYLF), an organization established for the nurturing of young people for global leadership, where she sits as the Assistant Regional Leader for North America. In this capacity. She is dedicated to the training, guidance, and mentorship of youth as well as to administrative and managerial responsibilities.

Fluent in French and English, and passionate about the next generation, Sheribright seeks to use her skills, expertise, training, and experience to positively impact the lives of young women around the world. She is a woman of great faith- resilient, bold, and courageous.

Welcome to Royal Diadem (RD). My heart for this community goes far beyond a simple passion for today’s woman and the generations to come. Royal Diadem was born from a place of deep fellowship and intimacy with the Lord. It is a mission dear to my heart and the heart of our Heavenly Father. It’s a divine instruction.

As I sought the Lord’s direction on what He wanted me to focus on, the Holy Spirit revealed the Father's heart to me. Many young women have lost their sense of worth in an exhausting quest to fit into society’s mold. Many have departed from God’s original design and are confused by the shifting definitions of identity in our world today, while others think they are only as beautiful as their social media followings and likes. As such, He has sent me to help you rediscover who you truly are and to bring you into your identity in Christ Jesus. Listen to me, you are more than your social media presence; you are more than a tool for the gratification of others. You are a precious jewel.

“A woman’s worth is not measured by her wardrobe, her wealth, or her digital following. I strongly believe that the highest standard of beauty belongs to the woman who carries the presence of God. The Holy Spirit indwelling in you brings out your best. He is your beauty, your glory and your true ornament and honor. When He lives within you, you don’t just wear beauty—you emanate it.”

My own journey to understanding my identity was not overnight. It required continuous seasons of unlearning, teachings, and correction through the Holy Spirit and the Holy Scriptures. God had to transform my mindset and lifestyle, breaking through strongholds, including limitations of my upbringing, society, and culture, and imprinting His identity and culture in me. If He was going to use me to make a global impact, I first had to see myself through His eyes -His Word. Today, I stand boldly in my identity in Christ, knowing my purpose, value, and worth.

Let me share with you what I call the “Manufacturer’s Concept.” You must understand that it is only the manufacturer (Creator) of a product who has the right to determine the value and price of his product. You are God’s product, and He created you in His beautiful image and likeness. He alone defines your worth, and only in Him can you know your purpose and identity. You must see yourself as God sees you and call yourself what He calls you. That is the standard—nothing less.

As a lawyer, my duty is to represent and advocate for my clients in the courtroom. But as a mentor and a daughter of the King, my greatest passion and desire is advocating for you to discover and come into your true identity in Christ. I have found that my value is not determined by my degrees, my titles, or society’s standards; It is sealed by God.

My mission is not only to teach and help you discover who you are but also impart to you the wisdom the Lord has poured into me over the years, and also to share with you some of the lessons I have learned from great men and women of God from all around the world. And lastly, to impart to you, spiritual gifts which will help you in your journey in life, gifts which the world cannot take away from you. The scripture that guides my leadership is Romans 1:11-12:

“For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gifts, so that you may be established—that I may be encouraged together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.”

Here, you will receive educational and career advice through mentorship, but also the spiritual push you need to be established. Through Royal Diadem, you won’t just learn who you are—you will become who God has called you to be.
